It's back to school again. From now till May, my life revolves around 5 things:

Principles of Valuation
Real Estate Finance
Real Estate Marketing and Negotiation
Asset and Facility Management
Chinese Tradition

The first 2 is of great worry to me. But I hope the last one would be fun cause its something outside my major. And I better not screw up the 4th one cause I used ALOT of bid pts to get it.
